Bad reception

I have had a problem with reception in Paarl since August 2014. I have been to the Cell C shop in Paarl Mall a few times and filled in the forms for someone to come out and check the signal. Nothing has happened. Its not just my phone, but my ipad too. 3 Bars 3G signal is very slow, more or less the same as full Vodacom E signal. Any Cell C Edge is totally worthless, its like not having any signal at all. That's just for having internet. With normal calls, i have to phone people 3 to 4 times before i get through to them. I am losing business because people can't get hold of me. The problem is not only when I have 1 or 2 bars signal, it sometimes happens with all the bars full as well. I know that i signed a contract with you and I am prepared to pay every month like I do at this moment, but you are not holding up your end of the contract, while I have to do it. Please do something, it cannot go on like this. Please reply.
