BAD PRODUCTS

i bought 2 blackberry's from Cellc one being a Q5 and other a 9720 and they not even a year old the 9720 was replaced still a **** phone freezes and switches off and lots more and then the Q5 was booked on the 30th and when i called now they have no clue how long it will take now i must wait another 16 days which is ******** because i am paying for a **** phone i dont have which i will not do ill pay half my instalement as i didnt use the phone this month Cell C is the worst services provider products and all NEVER use Cellc GUYS never they just ***** your money
