Bad poor service

I upgraded my contracts with cellc on 7 april 2021 they advised me i will receive my delivery within 3 to 7 working days.. After the 7th day i contacted them they then advised me they dont have stock. For 3 weeks i have been phoning them finding out if they have stock which they never do last week thursday i phoned and complained the lady advised me that she will esculate my order and will receive it by wednesday. Monday i followed up again thats when they advised me my order is delayed reason being that the colour of the devise is discontinued which they never contacted me and advised me i then did a re upgrade which was never captured or processed the lady said i will receive my order withing 48 hours which did not happen tuesday i phoned them again and spoke to a manager he advised me that its not processed but it is captured.. Wednesday i phoned them to follow up again just to find out the re upgrade was never done. I then re upgraded with the lady and spoke to a manager where she cant give me answers when i will receive my devices all she says is i dont know. I feel they dont care about their customers and they dont give clear answers
