Bad poor service

Since April battling to get my query resolved with cell. Non of their staff are willing to ensure a logged query is finalised to end . April cancelled contract within specified days but since then its not done instead they went and debit my acc. Bad poor service and *********** staff . I need my money back thy must ensure no additional contract on my portfolio. This is my 3hello Peter complaint that they never entertain with regards to this problem all thy do call never finalised query.
