I took a cell C contract over the phone on. The 17/06/22 Cell C a gent Candice **** to me about everything she said they're giving me 5G sim card and i said I have a network coverage but that was lies I told her that I have huawei router I took from cell C and ended paying up my contract because I was struggling with network connection she said I must take my router to cell C be it's not a 5G router they can upgrade for me yesterday I went to Cell rosebank they told me that they can't do that it's impossible to upgrade a router to be a 5G I need to buy a new one and they don't have a5G and sim card was not a 5G it a 4G home connector I phoned Sfiso from cancelation department he helped me to lodge a complaint and want this contract to be canceled as soon as possible
