bad network provider

my mom is using cell c and recently her sim was disconnected due to the fact that she too too long to recharge , reason for that was that she is a pensioner who cant walk long distance to just go and get airtime as the local stores hardly sell cell c airtime . cell c is a minority network provider ion our area and i believe the whole of SA.i li also have performed sim porting to vodacom due to the fact that the network was very bad each time i visit limpopo. to cut long story shot, my mom went to town to do win swap and they could not assist, she was told to but a sim card and call the call centre, she came home and ask me to assist, some lady told me my mom should call as if she can speak a word of English let alone dial the numbers on the phone , i tried to explain that she is a pensioner and i was told that i cant be assisted meaning that cell c dont cater for illiterate beings. i called again and someone told me that my mom new sim card shouldn't have been registered for Rica to allow sim swap to tale place, we went back to town and bought a new sim , i called again and was told that i cant do telephonic sim swap, she has to go to the store , what a service we received <br>
