Bad network and customer service

I've actually received the worst customer service from Cell C.

I was without Internet for over 24hrs. I had to buy data from another network provider so I could do my work and be connected. Shantel from Network services did nothing to assist me, she was rude, not sincere did not provide me with a solution. Cell C you have lost a loyal customer. After this I am done leaving ya stupid network. I better get a call from a manager or I am leaving.
