Bad Network
Please note when ever their is electricity outrages cell c does not have network as well , i think it is terrible honestly speaking. Think about changing networks as Telkom nowadays are better then most of the giant cellphone operators.

We have generators assigned to sites where there is high traffic, but it’s not possible to cover all areas affected by power outages. Additionally power outages hits without warning and by the time generators are in place more areas have been affected.
