I have a contact with cell c that i dont use last night i wanted to use the phone and saw it was blocked when i got my bank STATEMENTs this morning i saw they not debuting my acc i phoned them about 10 times and evry time they say my acoount is at the legal department so now i cant get a laptop contract due to them not debiting my account
