Bad Legal Department

My father passed away on the 21/07/2019 so I phoned the call center they said I need to email all the documentation, I did this on the 31/07/2019 at 19:09 received email back that said it was handed over to the legal department and they will contact me in the next 24 or 48 Hours. Nothing happen, So I emailed again 04/08/2019 14:03 receive email back again that state: Please note that your query NO *** is still handled by Legal Department. My question is why did no one phone me, I need to get this sorted as my Fathers account is now in arrears and no one can help me.

I will appreciate if anyone can get back to me urgently. as this is not right to do what you are doing. Thank you Janita
