Bad inconsiderate service

<p>A ********** account has been openened using my personal details at Cell C. I've sent through documents as requested by Cell C but no feedback or update about what is happening. Following up by phoning or sending emails doesn't help. Instead you just get transferred to a legal department which i really don't know exists because the transferred call is never answered or the direct number doesn't work. Very sad how Cell C treats people. No one at the call center doesn't seem to want or be able to assist, the only "help" they can offer is transferring you to that "legal department". It must have so easy for whoever openned this account to do that. But so sad that it's ao hard to resolve the matter & no feedback is available. Wonder how real customers are treated if I'm receiving such non existent customer service.</p>
