Pitty that you cant give 0 Star, I would recommend anyone reading this not to take Fibre with Cell C i have been trying for more than a month to do something so simplem, I have firstly sent out 5 Emails stating that i want to upgrade my line speed only then someone came back to me but change to someone very *********** and did not understand what it means to upgrade my line speed, long story short, now im still struggling to get my line speed upgraded and my line speed went down from 40Mbps to 20 Mbps, no one answers the phones and the people answering me via email just don't know what to do. I seriously will not recommend them you sit with lots of frustrations.
