Bad Handling of ***** Cases by Cell C together with their Debt Collectors

Few months ago i reported ***** been done against my personal details in which Cell C contracts were opened in my personal details. It took ages for Cell C to attend to this issue. Once they started working on it, i got a letter confirming that yes indeed this is a ***** case and they will clear everything. But quess what... i still have their debt collectors calling me every day day in! day out! requesting me to make payment arrangement on accounts that Cell C told me that they have resolved. i have sent a number of mails to the guys i was engaging with but still nothing changed. No feedback nothing but complete silence! Worst i get these debt collection calls from different agencies!!!! i checked credit report and it still reflects these accounts.

Whats wrong with this company?? CAN YOU UPDATE YOUR DEBT COLLECTORS AND COMPLETELY CLOSE THIS ISSUE!!!
