Bad follow up and response

On the 2nd October Cell C delivered 2 tablets with keyboards. When we arrived home and opened the one the sim card was bend and did not fit the slot of the Tablet. When we tried to plug in the keyboard it did not work. When we opened the 2nd box the keboard/pad was not properly assembled and loose. We gave send emails to have it picked up but no luck. This has been 8 business working days. And 6 emails later???Honestly this is unexceptable
