Bad first expiernce with Cell C

Very bad experience with Cell C. New contract approved last week they said I will receive my phone in 3 to 5 working days. When I followed up the said it is still pending. The can't lock into my profile. The security question is my ID, email and name ( I surely know my email name and I'd no) this fail each time. I asked after the fifth phone call to be transferred to a manager hold on for 10 min. I phone again the said the manager will phone me back. Still waiting for the managers call. It's the worst customers I've I have ever received
