Bad Feedback from Cell C
I have been having a contract with Cell C for the past almost 8 years and never have I had any issues with them up until now when it comes to providing feedback! I have logged a call on the 4th August and since then not 1 person has bothered to come back to me!!! I have been following up every week and then the call centre tells you that there is no feedback to give me...Seriously???? I am strongly considering of canceling my contract with Cell C of *********** people that you have to deal with every time you phone them!
