Bad Faith
I subscribed a few weeks ago to the new cell c black free 7 day trial. On the same day I decided to cancel the subscription because the app was buggy and the selection was not great. After i cancelled, the call centre agent called to say that i shouldnt cancel because it will auto expire after 7 days. i then left it only to find that cell c have been charging me the premium subscription (R60 a week) after the 7 day free trial. I tried again to cancel because it is an unauthorised transaction, but no luck from the call centre. When i eventually managed to speak to a manager at the call centre, they told me that even though the initial agent did tell me that it would expire after 7 days, it hadn't, and they are refusing to refund the R180 they have already charged my without any authorisation. They told me that they DO NOT DO REFUNDS and thats the end of it. To anyone considering signing up for the Cell C Black free trial...think again. You might end up paying like i did.

Why are they taking money from a hard working citizen only to line their already deep pockets??
Beware of signing up with their "free trial".
