BAD EXPERIENCE NO NOTICE GIVEN
<p>GOOD DAY, I HAVE A 2 YEAR CONTRACT WITH CELL C MY CONTRACT EXPIRES ON 31 AUGUST 2017 MY CONTRACT FEES WENT UP IN FEBRUARY 2017 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE - YOU SIGN A CONTRACT FOR 24 MONTHS FOR A FIXED PRICE HOW CAN THEY INCREASE THE FEES?????????</p>
In terms of your subscriber agreement, Cell C has the option of varying any of its charges from time to time by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
Please note that Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS on the 22 and 23 December 2016.
