Bad experience
I am so disappointed with cell c , I paid them on the 23 December 2024 , via instant payment, I have sent them the proof of payment yet they still say I didn't ispay, what's the use of them having a paynow tab on their app but then can't monitor it.. I am truly disappointed and I have been told they will look into it but no they taking me from pillar to post .. I have the proof sent it twice alreton thier what's app, their app even said I owe the month of January to prove I made payment, now it has change , but I have that screen shot which said I owe the month of January

03 Jan 2025, 14:12Well this is a game you trying to push as I am carrying my phone, and your agent said after I called that my account is still being allocated..so when did you call as I was in the call for 15 minutes with your agent .. please don't try bluff me .. rectification is all that is needed in this Stan's , payment was made kindly update as I have sent the proof.. if not best contract be terminated cause this is now becoming a pillar to post situation
