Bad experience
What a bad service provider used them before and it looks like I am not the only one having issues with cellc contracts, I took a data sim card for R99 a month and now I'm being told the contract ended and I didn't renew it so cellc has been debuting more than what we agreed on and now I receive several calls about the outstanding amount I need to pay and when I want to make a notice to cancel the contract I'm being taken from pillar to post I can't be helped because I failed security question which I think its just bull ****, I think it needs to be closed down and I never even received contract documents and never explained that if I don't renew the contract I'm gonna pay more than what we agreed on nobody bothered to explain that part.

13 Sept 2023, 10:06That's the number in question and I understand your point and I don't have a problemto pay which should be around R300 because its 3 months not the ridiculous amount cell c is telling me I owe them the agreed amount for the period I didnt cancel the contract but my problem is now in being the amount I don't know and nobody explained to me that if I don't cancel I will be paying more than what I was paying monthly and maybe just maybe if I received a copy of the contract I would have known

13 Sept 2023, 12:33It is stated on the terms and conditions that when contract reaches maturity it will be on month-to-month contract and the discount will fall off.
