Bad experience

I app**** for a month to month contract on the Cell C website for R149, my account was debited instantly the R149 and was told delivery will take place within 24-28 hours and that was on the 1st of April till today the 20th I still haven't received my contract. Called their follow up department countless times which I must say was useless as they were failing to assist me with my query and kept transferring me from one department to another of which all other departments were telling me that follow up is the one that has to help with the issue I have. I have been with Cell C for the past 10 years and I have never had such bad experience
