Bad experience

Bad company ever, I've never used their contract since 2019 to date but every month they deduct my money with different amount and they send my name to the company/lawyers called Nimble credit I did talk to them also but failed now on the 15November Cell C deduct R1010, today the 19th I was talking to a lady from Cell C she said she feel sorry for me but I can't cancel the contract with them if I don't need it why can't transfered to someone not to loose the benefits, I ask which benefits she's referring because since 2019 I'm using network for Vodacom.... So I don't know what to do anymore because to reverse it it's also bad record
