Bad experience

I can’t express the disappointment and irritating I have towards cellc,they promised to clear my name on ITC but 2 months later nothing has changed...well the frustration i have towards them is to much i can’t even do a sim swap without the call center or stores telling me stories nxa,all I want is for them to sort out the ITC issue and do a sim swap for me without all this nonsense....Cellc sort it out or hell is gonna freeze
