Bad experience

I really don't know what to say anymore because I have called this company several times to remove my name from the ITC till now I'm not heard instead they are playing games I have settled their account April 2022 already on my June report they have removed it but all of the sudden this month is added back on what in the hell it's going on with cell c, what game are they playing, I don't have money an open account wit cell c and I will never have and I won't even recommend it to anyone, to me they are useless.
