Bad experience

Have been trying to get back my number for the past 2 weeks but the stuff just don't seem to know what they are doing. Last week i was told to bring my old passport which i did after providing the 5 numbers i called before i lost it which was 4 October i was told i have to provide from 16 oct since someone was still using it. Afta explaining that if someone is using it clearly that person is a ***** since i have all the documentation to prove that its me they said they cant help unless i bring those numbers how am i supposed to do it? I went to another cell c centre which also had a different list of documents that they want like proof of residence etc after giving them they said the line is under a different name bt an hour before it was in my name. I have never been so traumatized now they cant even block the line giving the impostor freedom to gallivant using my details. Very disappointed i feel so let down they cnt even protect their clients. Funny thing when i call customer service they tried helping but couldnt confirm my details so the said i must go back to the shop really now which shop must i try next.
