Bad Employment practice

I just want to say i was disgusted by the way the manager at Cell C Centurion mall(a white tall male) treated their staff member.2 ladies were suspended infront of customers.why didnt they have the decency and call them to the back office and talk to them privately not infront of us customers...This is pathetic Cell C
