At the end of October 2020 my contract with Cell C came to an end and I received a call from them reminding me of the ending. They asked me if I’d like to renew and I refused. They also asked me if I’d like to keep using the number and I refused.

Few months later I received a phone cap informing me that I am in arrears and that I owe R2000 and that my contract is still active.
