Bad Debt Listing poor Cell C Communication

Cell C<br> <br> I have just been advised that I have 2 cell c accounts which had been written off by yourself as a result of non payment. Firstly I am paying off one of the contracts handed over to SSDA consistently every month. Then after waiting over 23 minutes to get through to your legal department I was told that there was a 2nd contact handed over to a company called NDS and that I should contact them on ***. After doing so I have just been advised by an agent of NDS that since the account was handed over to them 4.5 months ago no one has made contact with me to make me aware of it and that this could be because they have to many accounts to get through. Seriously! why has Cell C appointed a debt collecting agency that does not have the capacity to provide the service they are intended to do. Secondly is it legal to list these accounts as written off when one I am paying off the one and have no knowledge of the 2nd number being handed over both of which lines I do not use at all. I would like Cell C to let me know on what grounds they have listed these accounts as being written off when it is being paid for and why I was not made aware of the 2nd line being handed over.
