Bad customer servise

i have a contract with cell c, our agreement was i pay R768 a month. but for the last 3 month they've been deducting R989. i,ve logged calls for that,no response. when i spoke to call center lady today she said on the case history the person that was assigned to case left a comment saying that i've placed him on hold of which is not true. like Cell C WHEN THEY SELL THEIR PRODUCT YOU WILL THINK THEY ARE HONEST BUT WHAT THEY DO IS NOT FAIR AT ALL.

ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE I'VE HAD ENOUGH PAYING FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER AGREED ON THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!!!!
