BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND DISHONESTY IN ITS HIGHEST LEVEL

I called cell c on the 22nd of April 2016 because I wanted to cancel my contract with them, I was sent an sms with the banking details and the settlement fee of R1484.20 and advised to call after 24hrs to check if the money reflects in their system, I PAID the amount of R1490 on the 25th of April 2016, I called as advised I was told that the amount reflects on the system and i was sent an sms confirming the cancellation. A month later they debited again an the settlement fee, I called Cell C and was transfered hfrom one department to another. They eventually logged in a query and told me i should expect an sms after the query is resolved, I received an sms.To my surprise they debited AGAIN an amount of R1484.20 on the 27th of JUNE ,2 months after i PAID and cancelled the contract. I called in to resolve the query and I was told i was speaking to Jakes who is the Retentions Senior Manager - who told me that whatever he may say regarding the query may not be factual ( Why are you advising a client without Facts ????), furthermore the query was NOT resolved I spent 2 hours on the phone being put through to one department after another , having to repeat a query to each consultant and each person telling me they cannot assist me ,they just told me to expect a call from the billings deartment within 48 hours ,they didnt even promise to refund me. I am utterly disgusted with the service and how each department doesnt want to take responsibility. They do not work like a team and a good business unit. Too Quick to shift the blame on others.
