BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

If I could give Cellc a 0 star rating, I would. They are the most *********** and unprofessional service provider. I genuinely regret having a contract with them. I have been paying them properly every month and one month i didn't pay, it was one of of those months,ago okay granted. The following month I made sure I paid them double. Months later they come back and say am owing R245, i asked them how did i get to that amount? And why did i not get communication of this? They ****** couldn't answer and one of their agent couldn't give me a proper answer as to why am owing that amount and told me if i dont pay my outstanding money my account will remain suspended as am refusing to pay that R245, on top of that you could hear that this agent is laughing and has 0 interest into helping me understand!! What a pathetic service i received from that agent, if i remember the agents name am definitely coming back to this page again. I called again trying to find out why am owing R245, i got another agent and she took me through everything which i still fail to understand why communication wasn't sent and why is it my fault why they never debited from the correct account whereas i gave them an account to debit from more then twice. So it happens that i pay R350 yet again. The following month i check my cell c app and I have a credit of R170 and i inquire about it and i was told that they have over charged me, i left it alone and month end of August they took their money from my credit, end of September i added R35 just to add on the amount left from my credit. Now my account is uptodate. Oct and Nov i pay my normal subscription fee. today i receive an sms to tell me that my debit order bounced and wasn't paid, i got back to my Cell c app, and i check how that is possible only to find out that am owing R6.20, i call them today and spoke to the agent Zanele, telling me that in total i was suppose to pay R112 and because they only took R106 i owe R6, the R12 being added i don't understand for what and why! ****** again with no communication that a certain fee will be added! I told the agent Zanele i will not pay that R6.20, and its ****** not about the damn R6.20 but about PRINCIPLE that Cell c doesn't have! Am tired of cell c and i am definitely canceling my contract am done with this company and their lack of competency.
