Good Day I made a call to you cell c then i was not assisted instead i got a dissapointing service of which the consultant dropped the call on my ear whilst trying to get the assistance kindly listen to this call and give me feedback. Ref: ********** ********** 63

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.

This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
