Bad customer services

<p>I am very ****ed customer right now, the reason why I pay insurance on my cell phone contract is because I am expecting to get the service that I deserve when I need it. I sent all relevant details to you guys however no one has been liaising with me or even replying to my emails. I feel like just a number right now and you suck with servicing your customers. With all the network providers out there I chose you but I am starting to regret it. It has been weeks without my phone and for someone who has a 1 year old daughter at the day care, one day without a phone is just enough. Please get someone to get back to me or else I am leaving the business and should you debit me month end for services that I am not rendered, believe me I will take this further until someone out there (God knows who ) sorts this thing out urgently. I am a very unhappy customer right now and if I had to rate your services in a scale of 10, I would definitely rate you 0.1 percent.</p> <p> </p> <p>my email address : **********
