Bad customer service with Cell C

I am so disappointed with Cell C, I called their Call center last week to give notice that I am canceling my contract only to receive bad customer service from an agent that was assisting me, he also refused to give me their complaints department number however I got their email address and I sent them an email. I received an automated response that someone will call me with 24-48 hours it’s been 4 days now waiting for someone to call. To someone looking for contract with Cell C don’t even bother, they are the worst when it comes to client services.
