Bad customer service - takes FOREVER to do simswop

Cell C is SUPER QUICK to want you to do an upgrade but when it comes to after sales service they are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I called the help centre FOUR times to get a sim swop done. It is now more than 48 hours later and it is STILL NOT DONE. Last reference number: ***<br> <br> The call centre people are rude and never sound in the mood to help customers. <br> <br> I am fed up. I still have five days to return the phone and cancel contract.
