Bad customer service only lies

<p>I am due for an ugrade and wanted to take the Iphone 5S that was R279 pm. Went to the cell c store on the 29 April 2017 was told there is no stock they would order on Tuesday and it would be in by Thurday or friday. Phone on thursday was told stock has not arrived must check the next day. When i called on friday its a totally different story now, was told firstly the stock has not come and that the phone is now discontinued. I had asked why i was not told about it during the days that i had called to check if the phone has arrived. I was not given an answer. I phoned the store again this week Tuesday and was told that the stock is coming by end of this week gave the sales person my contact details. Today when i phone to check if stock has arrived spoke to a different person who was very rude to me who says that the phone is discontinued. How can they say they are getting stock and then again says its discontinued. Pathetic service they should not keep to their words.</p>
