BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ******** / PAYING BUT DOESN'T NETWORK

I have been having a problem with Cell c since in January i tried to get help but they don't bother to help me now it's been 5 days without a network on my router i was told that i need to wait 48 hours after reporting my issue they even blocked me on Facebook because the only the they know its to ask for your number they kept on saying we will look at your matter even here they will only respond and give me a false hope that's what they're good at useless network
