Bad Customer Service-From Pillar to Post

I have had fiber with Cell C and have changed residence as I have sold my house. I was told I had to cancel the existing line and do a new line because the fiber network operators are different in the new place I moved to compared to the previous place. I submitted a new subscriber agreement on 23 August 2021. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post and cannot get a date as to when new fiber will be connected at my new place. I call Cell C they tell me call the network operator. I call the network operator I am told to contact Cell C. I am at a loss on how to move forward with this proving again the bad service from Cell C. If you are going to take on customers you should be ultimately responsible for proving the end product to the customer instead of the customer having to deal with service providers you have chosen to use. I am working from home and have had to hotspot from my cellphone for the last two days and still not sure as to when this will be resolved. Cell C you need to up your customer care game because this is unacceptable, you should be the one coming after to me to get this matter resolved as I am paying you for a service but yet it is the other way around. Wasting my time, energy, money on calls and hot-spotting and still I am unsure as to when I will be connected. Can someone who is able to make a difference to my problem please contact me!!!!?????

Reviewer Update
Cell C I received a call from one of your agents, who to be honest was really of now help. She had indicated to wait the 24hr to 48hr timeframe provided by Link Africa and this has long lapsed and still no contact. In fact Link Africa is now even not replying to my email. To make matters worse the fibre that I cancelled at my old place is still active even though I have sent through the cancellation request with end date 31 August 2021. Cell C why is it always so painstaking process to deal with you. Please value customer service more. I plead with you to please intervene and fix both these problems.
