Bad customer service from Cell C

Cell C failed to assist with a reported lost/****** cellphone . After the cellphone was reported ****** with the service provider & with the police, cell-c office claimed that they never received any documents & that i was not answering my phone when they tried to get in contact with me. This was untrue, as i still have all the documents they've requested from me regarding the lost cellphone. After doing numerous follow ups with the cell-c office, i was then informed that they have closed the call. To date monies are still being deducted from my account, even though i've not received a replacement hand set.
