Bad customer service from Cell C
I am very disgusted with the poor service I received from cell c I am waiting a paid up letter for about two months. I called last week was advised that I would get it within 48 hours but nothing and when I called again I was told that the legal department is closed. This is a huge inconvenience as I urgently need the letter as I have things to take care of.Megan
