Bad Customer Service

Cell C gave my account to NDS Credit after struggling to pay it. Now I want to pay it off and I have been calling NDS Credit for weeks with no one picking up. I even emailed with no one bothered to respond to my emails.

Why must your Cell C customers be subjected to such a bad service? DO NOT USE OR CONTRACT WITH CELL C!

What a bad customer service from both NDS Credit and Cell C.
