Bad customer service
The service that is given at cell ndofaya mall is very bad I think the consultant are very relaxed to a point that they forget that even if means that they only service black people they have to give their all and respect each and every customer they take their time to assist they don't care and how they sit on those chairs it's like they are waiting to be served beers they sit in a position similar to a person who is the shebeen I think they are to comfortable they should be taken to a different environment with different customers and a busy place so they can learn customer service

11 May 2021, 14:17Please sort it out rotate the staff if needs be cause it does not matter how many times or after how long I go there is still the same I lways get the same bad service even if I could be there next year if the staff is not changed its still going to be the same
