Bad customer service

Good day, today at 17:58 I called Customer service for assistance spoke to an Agent by the lady of Lebohang, after speaking to her she said I failed my security check which I still say is wrong I have screenshots of every record due to such reason. After that she was rude and refused to give me her full information which is not allowed as I have worked in a customer service call centre. I want her to call me back and apologize for being rude ti me and she must assist me with my complaint. Your calls are recorded refer back to that call
