BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

CELL C has the worst technical department ever i phoned in to get assistance with my sim card as it has been saying i must insert a sim card and it will say emergency calls only, Am a prepaid customer and have been struggling with my sim card,it all started when we had load shedding in December and duhhhhh when there's load shedding the network disappears for some reason, when the power came back on my network disappear forever and it kept saying emergency call only then later it said no sim insert sim when the sim card was in the phone, went to a cell sore in southgate and the told i must make a sim swap which i did and failed the security question but ended up ok, wen home phone sim worked for 3 weeks same story but this time there was no load shedding i just woke up one morning and phone says insert sim same drill again cell c store sim swap this happened 3 times now again on the 19 January 2020 same problem again i phone the customer service was transfer to the technical department where i was help by Nolwazi who sounded tired and not interested in helping me all she could say was go to cell c store i have been doing that and ints not working the only time my phone works is when i connect by WIFI then i can use some apps on my phone but still incoming/outgoing no sms nothing am not willing to go through the same process again of sim swap answering the security question and being told they incorrect they think we computer programmed to remember numbers dialed and everything else but at the end of the day i still have the same problem few weeks down the line can cell c help me please as this number is important to me and am not willing to change it
