Bad Customer service

I am highly annoyed, this agent bongani just dropped the phone in my ear, He is refusing to listen to me, I am stressed out because i need to do a sim swap, when a client calls in you listen no matter how they anoy you. You dont drop calls in clients ear while they still talking I would like a manager to call me please. I am very upset, is this customer service, is this how you treat your clients i gave him the last number, what more does he want. So i would like someone to call me back URGENTLY!!!!!
