BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will never recommend anyone to have a contract with CellC, bad Customer service ever received. I had 3 Contracts with them and wanted to settle and close the accounts, accidentally paid more for one account, and they informed me that my cash back is R901, which is to be sent back within 7 working days, now its almost a month, no cash back refunded. When I call they ask of prove of payment which was sent to them over a million times. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER..... I DOUBT THE STAFF GET PROPER TRAINING. 😡😡 CAN I HAVE MY REFUND ASAP.
