Bad customer service at Promenade Mall Cell C

I pay my commitment fee on 4 October 2022 for existing contract *** & ask the consultant Mario to cancel it so that I can take up a new one and I don't want to pay 2 contracts. I gave him proof of payment and my ID he then re-assured me thetha that the contact is being canceled, so I can take a second one. I noticed my debit order is high so went to the store only to find out that the 1st contract was never canceled & I'm paying for for both contracts still. He told he referred the matter to area manager & I also spoke to the store manager (Candice) but till today the 1st contract is not canceled. The worst part nobody from Cell C is calling me to give me an update. Today I went to Zevenwacht Mall to ask for Cell C head office here in Cape Town the guy I spoke to told me that they are not allowed to give the address to customer because it's invasion of privacy.
