Bad Customer service and signal

Customer service is very, very bad. The LTE service in Potchefstroom is not good at all. I am not even getting 2mbps. The first two weeks (of my LTE wifi contract) I was getting speeds of about 40-50mbps and then suddenly my speeds were horrible. If I am lucky I get 2mbps. I contacted Cell C via Facebook Messenger and they rep****, I gave them all of the details they wanted (contact number etc.). That was the 23rd of June. We are now at the 29th and I still haven’t heard anything back. I will never be using Cell C ever again after this and would not recommend it to anyone.
