Bad customer Service -

My request initially started on the 12th of January, and to date, it has not been resolved. I initially spoke to a lady by the name of Lebogang Dorothy, of which I doubt is her correct surname, but hey - it does not matter now (She is in the Customer Care Department) who was rude and not helpful. Then today I spoke to a Lindiwe, who advised there is nothing they can do with my delivery being returned. They didnt even bother to arrange or fix my delivery problems. Im really unhappy with this service and I dont wanna deal with any of them ever again. They keep telling me, their managers are on leave and we cannot speak with them. If this is the service that Cell C has, then I do not want to deal with it. When i needed them the most, they failed.
