I have been with Cell C for over 10 years and in those 10 years have never been treated like I was treated on Monday. My debit order was returned unpaid over the weekend and on Monday I received a call from a collections agent (Mbali B Thabethe) who's tone was very rude. I proceeded to tell her that I did not appreciate her tone as she was just being rude. the line got cut off and I proceeded to call the call centre back to make an arrangement for the returned debit order, which the other consultant was very happy to assist with. I mentioned my ordeal with Mbali and asked her to put in on record. to my surprise, all my lines were subsequently locked, without notice from Cell C.

The least I expected from Cell C was to tell me that you accept your arrangement, however, your lines are going to be locked.

Guess what, the same Mbali who was rude to me is the one who locked my lines. If I add one plus one I can only get 2 and nothing else
